At SoHa Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your island-inspired home decor. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully secure your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are well-padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center in Hawaii.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
